Welcome to our patient portal! The portal is a great place to access information that will help you communicate with our staff and providers more efficiently. Using the portal allows you to bypass voicemail messages and allows communication at your convenience, 24/7, from any internet device. You will have direct access to your child’s immunization record, list of active medications, and many other tools to help you keep track of your child’s medical care.
To initiate use of the portal, you’ll need a permanent e-mail address that you check regularly. Private health information will not be sent to your e-mail. Instead, you will receive an email that alerts you to a new message posted on the patient portal. To set up an account on the patient portal, please call our main office phone number with the e-mail address and ask to be invited to the patient portal.
The patient portal allows for more convenient communication, but is not intended for new problems, concerns or “internet doctor visits.”
Please keep in mind that this service is for non-urgent communication only. You can access the patient portal 24/7, but we actively use it during our posted business hours only. If there is an emergency, you should continue to seek care at an Urgent Care center, Emergency Room or call 911.
